Pranayama Breathwork.
Influencing the breath through techniques and patterns to regulate and nourish the nervous system. A safe and controlled practice that brings the mind, body and energy into alignment.
Prana; meaning life force energy or breath. Yama; meaning control or expansion.
Through deliberate control of the breath we can extend and expand our vital life force energy. Pranayama practices help to clear physical, mental and emotional blocks in the body so that our PRANA (life force energy) can flow freely.

To begin a session, we run through some light education of the breath. Covering the science, and giving clear instructions for your practice.
Getting nice and comfortable in a laying or seated position, we start to settle into the body.
Moving through a series of diaphragmatic breath patterns and techniques, we begin to relax, energise and bring our nervous system, mind and energy into a place of balance.
After our breath work we get to slip into a blissful meditation.
Once the session is complete, we are free to enjoy all the wonderful benefits of our practice and reflect on any experiences, feelings and sensations that came up.
